My daily Yoga practice is my foundation; my rock. The many grounding aspects of Yoga deepen my connection to mind-body-spirit wellness and support me as a teacher. And the thing I love most about Yoga? Sharing it with others. Teaching yoga and serving others is genuinely a blessing in my life.
