Step 1: Yoga Assessment
This is where I get to know all about you as a duo and individually in a 30-minute Yoga assessment for each person in your duo. We will talk about why you are interested in Yoga, your health and wellness goals, and developing a Yoga practice that specifically meets your needs and desires.
Step 2: Your 6-Week Series
Next, after your assessment is complete, we will discuss if a 6-week series of classes is a good for you as a duo or individual.
During your class series, it is my job to guide you as you steadily progress and we co-create a Yoga practice that supports each person in the duo.
Step 3: A Home Practice
I will guide you in starting your own home Yoga practice that you can do individually or as a duo.
Practices may include Yoga postures, breathing, sound, and visualization in carefully chosen ways to help you meet your goals and support you on your healing path.
