Yoga for Two

It's courageous to learn Yoga
with a co-pilot.

Connect in new ways during an experiential class that supports you both as a duo and individually.

Restore your mind and body to balance while connecting breath and gentle movement for stress reduction, strength building and flexibility.

Step 1: Yoga Assessment

Your Yoga Journey begins with a 30-minute Yoga assessment for each person in your duo.

 

We'll talk about why you are interested in Yoga, your health and wellness goals, and how we can work together to develop a personalized Yoga practice that meets your needs.

Step 2: Begin Your 6-Week Series

When you begin your class series, I provide a practice for two based on the needs of each person. Each week of classes are progressive and support your goals, health needs, lifestyle, and potential within. 

Step 3: Creating a Home Practice

An optional choice in the 6-week series is to work with me to develop individual home practices for each partner.

I support each partner in developing a home practice that meets personal health goals and lifestyle needs.
