Has time on the phone, computer, or at your desk taken its toll on your neck and shoulders? Relief is possible in this small-group Yoga Therapy class.
Reduce pain and tension in the neck and shoulders through gentle and restorative Yoga Therapy. This class will introduce poses specifically to stretch and strengthen the neck and shoulders. I will also provide relaxation techniques that give the body a chance to rest and restore to its natural state of balance and move the mind into a quiet space to allow for healing.
This four-week series Includes take-home practices.
