Step 2: Choose Your 4-or-8 Week Series
Next, after your assessment is complete, we will discuss which series of classes is the best fit for you, a 4-or-8 week series.
During your class series, it is my job to guide you as you steadily progress and we co-create a Yoga practice that supports your goals, health needs, lifestyle, and potential within.
Step 3: Create a Home Practice
I will guide you in starting your own home Yoga practice.
Practices may include Yoga postures, breathing, sound, and visualization in carefully chosen ways to help you meet your goals and support you on your healing path.
