In small-group classes, everyone feels at ease. The individual needs of each student are addressed with modified Yoga poses while exploring breathing practices at a pace that allows improved breath capacity over time.

Start your day with a burst of energy and joy! Rise and shine as the sun peeks over the horizon and practice Vinyasa flow to move, breathe and wiggle your way to a joyful and energized morning. As you become grounded and at peace, welcome the new day with a sense of renewal, optimism and positivity.

3-Week Series
In Beginners Bliss, experience Yoga's many tools and its holistic influence on your health and healing. Includes A gentle exploration of body postures and breathing techniques begins. Walk away fully equipped with Yoga essentials and the confidence needed to practice Yoga in any setting.
Saturdays, 9-9:50 a.m.
May 6 to June 24 (8 Weeks)
This meditative moon series provides a calming and peaceful journey to inner balance and restoration. Through breathing, movement, and mantra, you will tap into a deep sense of joy and relaxation. Experience the cooling and calming power of water and discover your own pathway to inner peace.
