We kick off with a rousing set of tunes that sets your morning stretches into motion.

Envision a luxurious stretch along your neck, and "bingo": there's an opening in your chest and shoulders. Ahh, your breathing is beginning to interact more productively with the rest of your system.

A sure-fire knock your socks off, full back stretch is next in line, with focused strengthening and opening for your entire body. Your all-embracing full-body movement comes full circle with a contemplative breath and body meditation to complete your session.
